By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the site on behalf of an organization, you agree to them on that organization's behalf and confirm you have authority to do so.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the site or buy our products. Our offerings are intended for business and professional use.
2. Products and services
We offer ready-to-use digital products (such as the AI Turnkey Toolkit), custom software solutions, and AI consulting. Descriptions on the site are for general information. Custom solutions and consulting engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
3. Purchases and payment
- Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include taxes unless stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By paying, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method.
- The AI Turnkey Toolkit is a one-time purchase of $1,500. There is no subscription or recurring fee.
- We may change prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders already paid.
4. Delivery of digital products
Digital products are delivered immediately after payment through a secure download page. Your download link is tied to your purchase and is for your use only. Please save the files once downloaded. If you have trouble accessing them, contact us at [email protected].
5. Refunds
Because digital products are delivered immediately, sales are final except as described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. License to digital products
When you purchase a digital product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for the internal business purposes of you and your organization. You may adapt the templates and prompts for your own work. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, or share the materials or your download link with anyone outside your organization, or use them to create a competing product.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, our systems, or paid materials.
- Interfere with the site's operation, including by scraping, overloading, or introducing malicious code.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
8. Intellectual property
The site and all content, branding, software, and materials we provide are owned by Yia Strategy Group or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the license in Section 6, no rights are granted to you.
9. Third-party services
The site relies on third-party services such as Stripe, Google, and Cloudflare. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
10. Disclaimers
The site, products, and materials are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI tools can produce inaccurate output, and results depend on how they are implemented and used. We do not guarantee any particular business outcome, and you are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on it.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yia Strategy Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from or related to your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Yia Strategy Group harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or products or your violation of these Terms.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access to the site or paid materials if you violate these Terms, including the license restrictions in Section 6. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Yia Strategy Group is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that state, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted when you make a purchase applies to that purchase. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
